I’m on Day 5 of the traditional Chinese medicine. It feels like the ultimate detox. I’ve been struggling with GI discomfort and headaches. I’m trying to increase my oral intake. I’ve been drinking lemon and water to assist with this also. I’ve actually been sleeping more soundly since maybe night 2. I skipped the night 4 dose because the headaches were affecting my work.
I’m back on it today.
Oh…word of advice, don’t Google the possible ingredients. It makes drinking the concoction even harder!
